Day 2 – Drymen to Rowardennan 23.5 km

As you can see, I started my watch late and distance shows as a few kms further than the guidebooks indicate on both of our devices. I have no idea why these km numbers have appeared and so far I haven’t managed to get rid of them.

Well, after staying at the lovely Clachan Inn in Drymen we set off in the rain once again. Not the downpour of the day before. We decided if the whole hike were like this we would be fine.

This was a long day for us and we were good and tired. We made our own dinner here and met quite a few other hikers. We slept badly in separate dorms. The second half of this hike was rain free and we were so happy about that!
